The TSS Group commenced operations in July 1999 as Therapod Back Support Systems specifically to build-up a national retail network to distribute Therapod™ products.

Following the strong success of this network establishment, in 2001 the company expanded to incorporate a manufacturing / engineering division and became Therapod Seating Solution Pty Ltd. Since that time, Therapod Seating Solutions has become a respected and leading seating brand in Australia, and is part of the international Therapod network who work in conjunction with Backcare Technologies in ongoing product research and development.
